Product exchange terms and conditions

Your request can be made as long as the request for change is made within 14 days of receiving the package at the latest, the product is in its original condition without damage, the manufacturer’s tags have not been removed and the original packaging is present . If the above conditions apply, follow the following procedure:

• The exchange can be made with any other product of your choice, of equal or greater value.
• Return the product for exchange to the partner courier company with a consignee charge.
• After we receive your product we send the product you have requested.

Right of Withdrawal and product return terms and conditions

Based on European and Greek legislation, you can withdraw from any order from our online store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. The product must be in its original condition without damage.

Defective product replacement terms and conditions

Dia xeiros takes full responsibility for the eventual placement of a defective product in your order and proceeds with its free replacement if the update is made within 14 days of receiving the package at the latest. The procedure is as follows
